Client-uploaded files are used only for project evaluation, quotation and production. Files are handled privately and access should be limited to the people working on the project.
The website may use analytics and advertising tags to understand page views, campaign traffic and WhatsApp lead clicks. These tools help measure advertising performance and improve the quotation workflow.
White-label and confidential projects are not displayed publicly without approval. Lobin 3D does not contact an end client on white-label projects unless requested by the partner.
Project cancellation after production starts may not be refundable. Rush delivery depends on production availability. Quotations are recommended to remain valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.
Final delivery includes high-resolution JPG / PNG rendered images. Source files, editable 3D models, CAD, PSD or working files are not included unless agreed separately.
